A forward thinking business grounded in tradition

Founded by William Drummond in Stirling, Scotland in 1760. Many years later, in 1972, Drummonds added an agricultural division to its business based in Clonee, trading in grain, fertiliser, chemicals and agricultural seeds.

The company, over time, increased its branch network, opening grain intake points at Ardee, Drogheda, Kells, Knockbridge, Dromore and Navan. A seed manufacturing facility was developed at Drogheda and a ruminant feed manufacturing mill at Navan.

Today, Drummonds are one of Ireland’s leading providers of animal feeds and agronomy services . Our dedicated trial site at Termonfeckin allows us to gather valuable data and insights which enables a proactive approach by our agronomists. By testing products and practices on our trial site, we can make results based recommendations to farmers, enhancing crop management and overall agricultural productivity.

Our commitment to testing and research underlines Drummonds’ dedication to advancing agricultural practices and supporting farmers with proven, effective solution.
